have to do Database Management where you will do Help create/ maintain standard
protocols, materials and tools for enabling the team to improve efficiency in
servicing its clients/ stakeholders

have to do Information Gathering where you will contribute to relevant
background work to ensure the success of campaign / initiative which includes
secondary research, CRM, Fundamental data analysis, completing forms

You have to do Mailbox
Management where you will manage day-to-day logistics of client programs. In
case of events you also have to answer the FAQs, redirect queries, provide
status on registration responses etc

have to create and manage distribution lists and reports

Template
creation: Help create/ maintain newsletters, debriefs, and executive profiling
templates.
