ROLES &
RESPONSIBILITIES:
The
responsibilities at the required position are as follows:
1. Understanding all the functional aspects
of the client requirement so that they can fulfill all the requirement of the
client.
2. For Efficiently Task Execution:
a. You have to raise clarifications /
issues / concerns regarding work output to the lead on time.
b. You have to be punctual in meeting
the deadline.
c. You have to maintain effective
working relationship will team members and supervisors.
d. You have to strictly follow the
protocols and guidelines of the organization.
e. Your participation is mandatory in
the project and organization led by the Delivery leadership.
f. You have to be ensured appropriate
categorization and prioritization of tasks.
g. You have to adhere to the
established process during task execution.
h. You have to deliver timely updates
on the individual tasks as required.
3. Documentation responsibilities:
a. You have to assist in creating
documentation about client specific applications, project processes and
workflow updates.
b. You have to generate a customized
report for the designated application such as SLA KPI reports, performance
aspects, number of transactions processed per day, number of successful
transactions etc.
4. Participation in Reporting:
a. You have to participate in daily
standup calls and weekly calls.
b. You have to create Weekly and
Monthly reports to clients.
5. Training:
a. You have to understand the details
of the quality processes and practices followed in the project from different
sources.
b. You will have to go through with the
project specific documents and boot-camps to learn about client application
suites, technology stacks used I the client environment and client specific
processes and tools like Quality Center, JIRA.
c. You have to participate in any
project-level knowledge transition sessions to acquire proficiency in
project-specific information.
d. You have to satisfactorily
accomplishing the training and certification requirements related to the
domain, technical aspects, or project association.
