·       Analyze and execute Quality Assurance/ Quality Management initiatives

·       Assess the effectiveness of the current Quality audit framework and Utilize/Implement continuous improvement strategies to uphold a top-tier Quality Management Process

·       Conduct Quality audits and establish protocols and guidelines for documenting and reporting the collected data

·       Proficient in Coaching and Mentorship techniques, with the capability to effectively impart these skill to both in-house customer support teams and external vendor partners

·       Facilitate seamless change management and knowledge transfer throughout all Customer Support Teams, including both in-house staff and vendor partners

·       Extract meaningful themes and valuable insights from completed audits that can be translated into actionable process improvements

·       Engage in collaborative efforts with internal and external stakeholders to enhance customer effectiveness and operational efficiency

·       Work in close partnership with the Training, Content Strategy and Process Design teams to Identify Knowledge / Skill Gaps and Develop effective solution
