ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
• B.E/B.Tech with atleast 10 years of experience
• Required experience of Atlest 10 to 12 years in system house of Automation OEMs like Siemens, Allen Bradley
• Practical experience in programming and maintenance of Advance Siemens PLC (s7-300, 400, TIA portal, WINCC Scada, etc.) / Rockwell PLC (Compact Logix, Control Logix, Scada RSView 32)
• Practical experience with electrical & controls circuits hardware design and troubleshooting
• Familiar with Safety Related Parts of Control Systems (ISO 13849)
SKILL
Strong Communication skills
Team Handling and leadership skills
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Candidate Should have Independently manage automation-related aspects of all projects in the factory in a hands-on fashion
• Oversee , prioritize multiple time to sensitive priorities effectively
• Candidate Should have to Update Computerised Maintenance Management System database with PM activities , maintenance history and Equipment data
• Conduct the root cause analysis of recurring problems and initiate corrective actions
• Monitor , coordinate the service providers/contractors for timely & effective compliance
• Plan & ensure adherence to the calibration/verification schedule of various equipment,instruments in coordination with the respective stakeholders with documentation
• Update the working instructions for changed Equipment and processes
• Collect data and report key metrics to the senior managements
• Attend the cross-functional meetings to assume responsibility for assigned tasks
• Review and update the Site Automation Blueprint with contributions from the team
• Design & implement monitoring and control systems for in house and outsourced processes
• Support planning and execution of capital projects
• Coordinate with the vendors and the procurement department for techno-commercial details
• Ensure compliance with the EHS & other legal requirements by contractors and vendors
• Participate in periodic review & monitoring of projects through site meetings and have to visits to suppliers for inspection & coordination during installation and commissioning activities to ensure on time & within-budget completion
• Validate the equipment , process & impart to training stakeholders
• Complete the capitalization and asset tagging process
